For 9 months, the best riders and horses have been giving their all in the Longines Global Champions Tour. The most competitive round so far was ridden during the final in Riyadh where Saudi Arabia's past and future collided. This final was a spectacle that will go down in history.

After an exciting competition, the Stockholm Hearts captured second place with just five points difference. "We came here with the best possible horses. Together with Malin and Peder, we devised the combinations of horse and rider to maximize the chances of victory. The plan was right, but unfortunately we made too many mistakes this week which opened the door for Berlin Eagles to take victory. Our congratulations go out to them, they deserve it. Next year we will be back here with a new plan and even more motivation." says Oliver Philippaerts.

Thus concluded the 15th competition in the LGCT and now all eyes are on the ultimate final in Prague that will take place this week from 17 to 20 November. Here, the best of the best will compete against each other in a chillingly exciting battle for victory in the GCL Super Cup and the LGCT Super Grand Prix. Nail-biting assured in this final competition of the season where Nicola and Oliver will compete for both the Stockholm Hearts and individual championships.
