Leon Spronken died unexpectedly last Thursday. He was not only the owner of amongst others H&M Extra, but he also was a very good friend of the family.
“Leon and I met when we were little boys. We grew up together and have been threw a lot together. Leon even groomed for me. He had a big heart for the youth. All of our four sons rode his horses. So he was there at the beginning of their careers, one by one, Olivier, Nicola, Thibault and Anthony. I’m so thankful for that. He was a great support, not only in good but also in bad times. He was always there. And sadly, the bad news came in on Friday. In the name of our family and team we’ld like to extend our deepest condolences.
Leon, thank you for the great friendship, the lovely moments we got to share. I’m going to miss you so much my friend.”.
