We are looking for an experienced Stable Manager who shares those values and is ready to become a key part of our team.
💼 Your role You are the backbone of our daily yard operations. You bring genuine expertise — not just organisational skills, but real, hands-on knowledge of horses at a high level. You work closely with our riders and family, and you lead the groom team with authority, calm and care.
✅ Your responsibilities
• Daily coordination and supervision of all stable activities
• Leading, scheduling and mentoring the groom team
• Monitoring the health, condition and welfare of all horses
• Overseeing veterinary treatments in collaboration with our vets
• Managing feed, equipment and stable supplies • Planning and coordinating competition logistics (transport, entries, stabling, accommodation)
• Main point of contact for vets, farriers and external suppliers
🎯 Your profile
• Experience in a professional equestrian environment, at sport horse or competition level
• Deep knowledge of show jumping horses, their management, training routines and competition demands
• A confident leader and a true people player
• Hands-on, reliable and highly organised
• Flexible and available during weekends and competitions
• Good communication skills in English
