Usually around this time of the year, we’re preparing ourselves and our horses for the last and most wonderful show of the year: Jumping Mechelen. It’s our traditional way to end the year in our home country, with many of our fans around.

2020 has been different than anyone could have hoped or wished for, and obviously, also Jumping Mechelen got cancelled. We’ll miss you this year, but we are still hopeful for the future.  The cancellation of Jumping Mechelen was not the only disappointment of 2020 for Thibault, “I was so excited that I could ride the CSI 5* in ‘s Hertogenbosch, but also here, covid-19 was the obstacle standing in my way”.

In the meantime, we don’t give up the future and won't like you to do so neither. Keep on working on what you’d like to achieve.   The first 3 months of 2021 look promising already for Nicola, “I’m taking Chilli Willi and Katanga to Wellington to prepare ourselves for what we hope will be a good, sportive year”.  And the same words of hope are in Olivier’s mind. “The Olympic Games in Tokyo together with the Loninges Global Champions Tour should have made 2020 an exceptional year. Unfortunately, those highlights never came. In March, the Global Champions Tour is about to restart in Doha and I also still put my hopes on the Olympic Games in 2021. Let’s hope we can get back at it, so we can all leave 2020 behind and start a new, strong year.” Also Anthony just hopes for 2021 to be a year full of sport "I'm so looking forward to some exciting youth competitions and of course to be able to end the year at Jumping Mechelen again."

We wish you a merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year in which all your dreams may come true.
